Who is responsible for your information
FloForge is a pre-launch project operated by an individual in the United Kingdom. Until the full trader details are published, privacy questions and requests can be sent to flovaaks@gmail.com.
Information currently handled
The public website may generate ordinary hosting and security logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps. If you email FloForge, the message, your email address and any information you include will be received.
The interactive demo is a visual preview. It does not log into Clash of Clans, activate a licence, process payments or intentionally store gameplay screenshots on FloForge servers.
Information planned for customer accounts
Before paid access launches, FloForge expects to process:
- account email, username and authentication records;
- plan, purchase, licence and expiry information;
- a device identifier used to enforce the permitted activation limit;
- payment confirmation, amount and transaction reference supplied by the payment processor—not full card details;
- IP address, login history and security logs;
- support messages and, if enabled later, an optional Discord identifier.
This section will be updated to match the final account and licensing system before checkout opens.
Why information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage licences, confirm payments, prevent fraud and licence abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. The applicable lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where an optional activity requires it.
Service providers and transfers
FloForge may use specialist providers for website hosting, authentication, databases, payments, email delivery and security. Only information reasonably needed for their function will be shared. FloForge will not sell personal information for advertising.
The final notice will name or clearly categorise the selected providers and explain safeguards used where information is processed outside the United Kingdom.
Retention and security
Information will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed. Security logs are expected to be retained for a limited period; support records may be retained for up to two years; and transaction or accounting records may be retained for up to six years where required. Final periods will be confirmed before launch.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. Requests can be sent to flovaaks@gmail.com.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Age and policy changes
Paid FloForge access is intended for customers aged 18 or over. This notice will change as the account, payment and licensing systems are completed. Material changes will be dated and communicated where appropriate.
