Request window
Once paid access launches, refund requests should be sent within 14 days of payment from the email address connected to the FloForge account. The request should include the purchased plan, payment date and reason for the request.
FloForge trial threshold
A full discretionary refund is planned where FloBot has recorded no more than 60 minutes of total successful automated runtime. Time spent on failed starts, installation troubleshooting or support-led testing will not count as successful runtime.
Usage will be assessed from licence and session records associated with the customer’s account.
Other refundable situations
- duplicate payments will be refunded or corrected;
- an accidental purchase of the wrong plan may be corrected where practical;
- faulty digital content remains subject to applicable consumer rights;
- where a confirmed technical fault cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may be provided.
When a discretionary refund may be refused
Subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded, a change-of-mind refund may be refused where successful runtime exceeds 60 minutes, the request is late, the licence was shared or circumvented, the account was suspended for a serious terms breach, or the customer did not meet clearly published system requirements.
Supercell warnings, suspensions, bans or other action against a game account do not by themselves make FloForge faulty and are not grounds for a discretionary refund.
Immediate digital access
Before immediate download or licence activation, UK customers will be asked to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that starting the digital supply may end their 14-day cancellation right. This does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Processing a refund
Requests should be emailed to flovaaks@gmail.com. FloForge aims to respond within five business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the associated licence will be deactivated. The payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
