Status and acceptance
FloForge is currently in pre-launch development. The public demo is provided for evaluation only and does not create paid access. Before purchasing or activating FloBot, customers will be required to accept the final version of these terms.
What FloForge provides
FloForge plans to provide configurable Windows automation software known as FloBot, together with account access, updates, support information and time-limited software licences. Features may change as Clash of Clans and supported desktop environments change.
Eligibility and accounts
Paid access is intended for people aged 18 or over who can form a binding contract. Account information must be accurate and login details must be kept secure. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their account.
Third-party game risk
Using automation software or bots is against Supercell’s Terms of Service and may result in restrictions, suspension or permanent loss of a game account. FloForge cannot guarantee that use will be undetected or penalty-free. Customers choose to use FloBot at their own risk.
FloForge is independent and is not affiliated with, approved, endorsed or sponsored by Supercell. Clash of Clans and Supercell are trademarks of Supercell Oy.
Licence and acceptable use
A valid purchase will grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the purchased access period. Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, access is intended for one activated computer at a time.
Customers must not:
- share, sell, rent or redistribute an account, key or copy of FloBot;
- circumvent licence, device or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use FloBot for unlawful activity or to compromise another person’s account or device;
- attack, disrupt or probe FloForge systems.
Plans, payments and expiry
The planned Gold, Diamond, Master and Legend options provide the same core software for different fixed access periods. They are currently intended as non-renewing passes. Any future automatic renewal would be shown clearly and require separate agreement.
Prices, taxes, supported payment methods and the total payable will be shown before an order is placed. Access will only be issued after confirmed payment.
Compatibility and customer responsibilities
Customers must check the published system requirements before purchasing. FloBot is designed for Windows 10 or 11, 8 GB RAM, four physical CPU cores, Intel UHD 630-class graphics or better, 10 GB SSD storage and a recommended non-stretched 16:9 game display.
Customers remain responsible for their game account, computer, internet connection, configuration and compliance with third-party rules.
Availability, updates and suspension
Updates may be needed when the game or operating environment changes. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or third-party changes. FloForge may suspend access for non-payment, fraud, chargebacks, account sharing, licence circumvention, system abuse or material breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
FloForge branding, website code, original interface, software and documentation remain the property of their respective owner. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale or distribution.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty digital content. FloForge does not promise specific in-game results and is not responsible for action taken by Supercell against a game account.
The final liability terms will be reviewed before checkout opens and will not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Changes, law and contact
These terms may be updated for product, security, legal or provider changes. The final terms will identify the operator, service address and governing law before sales begin. Questions can be sent to flovaaks@gmail.com.
